Buttter Cake

250 g Butter (unsalted)
200 g - 250 g Sugar
4 nos Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
250 g Self-raising Flour
4 tbsp Milk

1) Preheat oven at 180ºC
2) Beat the butter with sugar until its light and fluffy. The color will be come whiter than it used to. Pefered to used soften butter.
3) Add eggs individually to prevent curdling. Then add vanilla essence.
4) Pour in the flour, mix it with slow speed.
5) Add in the milk. Mix for awhile until it's completely blended. Precaution, not to overmix.
6) Pour the batter into baking tin and bake it for 45-60 minutes.
